2-Year One-to-One Replacement Guarantee

At Sneppy Coo, we stand behind the quality of our hardware tools. To give our customers confidence and peace of mind, we offer a 2-year one-to-one replacement warranty on eligible products.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur under normal usage within 2 years from the date of purchase.

If your product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will provide a one-to-one replacement of the same item (or an equivalent model if unavailable).

2. What Is Covered

✔ Structural issues not caused by misuse

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Unauthorized modification or repair

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. rubber parts, consumables)

  • Rust or corrosion due to improper storage or maintenance

  • Damage caused by commercial or industrial overuse (unless stated)

4. Replacement Process (Email Steps)

Step 4: Replacement Confirmation

If approved, we will:

  • Arrange a one-to-one replacement, and

  • Provide further instructions for return (if required)

5. Replacement Terms

  • Replacement will be for the same product or a similar item of equal value if the original is unavailable

  • Warranty replacement does not reset or extend the original warranty period

  • Shipping terms may vary depending on the case and location
